Eco Shipping (€3.95) – Offers the same expedited delivery as Priority Shipping but uses 99% less plastic, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Each piece, packed with care, ships directly from Berlin. Delivery times depend on your location and are based on DHL guidelines: 
Germany: 2-3 business days
European Union: 3-5 business days
United States & Canada: 5-12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
Rest of the World: 10-15 business days

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., only a first name provided, wrong street number), a flat fee will apply:
Germany: €5
International: €10
This fee helps cover the costs we incur when handling and processing returned packages.
To avoid this, please double-check your shipping details and make sure your package can be received. You can use the tracking link or app to follow your package and receive delivery updates.

Duties and Taxes

European Union: All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.
Outside the EU: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging & Sustainability

To minimize our environmental impact, we may package multiple items together in a single box. Unless you request separate packaging for each of your jewelry pieces or let us know the items are gifts, we choose this thoughtful, eco-conscious approach.
